Whistleblowing Channel
TRH Hoteles provides its Whistleblowing Channel so that you can request information or advice about specific situations, as well as, if applicable, report situations that may be contrary to the Code of Conduct and other internal regulations of TRH Hotels, which could constitute illegal or criminal acts.
The reports will be handled by the Compliance Committee. The Compliance Committee is responsible for receiving, processing, and resolving the reports.
The Compliance Committee will be dedicated to managing the reports and organizing the investigation. A reinforced confidentiality duty is established regarding the matters related to the procedure.

We remind you that the whistleblowing channel is not for submitting suggestions, complaints, proposals, or other considerations that are not related to the non-compliance of the Criminal Compliance Management System approved by the SEM Iberia group.
